The hotel is owned by Scranton Hotel LP based in West Chester, PA.

Located in historic downtown Scranton, the seven-story hotel opened in August of 2003, and features 175 guestrooms and 26,000 square feet of meeting and prefunction space. The guest rooms and conference center are certified by the Independent Association of Conferences & Conventions (IACC).
The 175 guestrooms are each equipped with a spacious work desk, high speed internet access, two speaker phones with two lines, cable television, voice mail and dataport. The IACC approved conference center features 26,000 square feet of meeting space with 19 dedicated meeting rooms including a 75 seat amphitheater and a 7,000 square foot ballroom. Each of the 19 meeting rooms is specially equipped with ergonomic chairs, customized lighting, non-glare tables, special acoustics and soundproofing and individual climate controls for the ideal environment for a productive meeting.
